About the role
The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing the brand’s marketing strategy across the Middle East. This role involves coordinating advertising, POS materials, visual assets, and press releases while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and monitoring the annual marketing budget, conducting regular spend reviews.
- Support the creation and implementation of the Marketing Calendar and tactical activities.
- Manage advertising creatives for print, outdoor, radio, and SMS channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Oversee in‑store creative assets, including seasonal and promotional POS materials.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer on window displays, supplier sourcing, and sample approvals.
- Coordinate with concept managers to gather signage and display requirements.
- Prepare purchase orders, track spend versus budget, and maintain monthly budget updates.
- Conduct store brand audits and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Gather competitive research on window schemes, launches, and promotions.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and external vendors.
- Detail‑oriented mindset for budget control and brand compliance.
