Audit Supervisor – Assurance Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead and oversee audit engagements within our Assurance team. The role combines client interaction, team leadership, and rigorous compliance with professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and review audit engagements across various industries.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior audit team members.
• Develop engagement plans, budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and engagement deliverables.
• Identify risks, provide recommendations, and deliver value‑added insights to clients.
• Monitor engagement profitability and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Partially qualified professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5.5 years of external audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience supervising audit teams and managing multiple engagements.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Experience with CaseWare is an added advantage.
