About the role
The Associate, Investor Relations supports the IR function by conducting benchmarking, monitoring industry developments, preparing market intelligence, maintaining databases, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular peer bank benchmarking and comparative analysis of financial performance.
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic events affecting the banking sector.
- Prepare market intelligence summaries and support the development of investor and management briefing materials.
- Maintain Investor Relations databases, contact lists, investor records, and engagement logs.
- Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, earnings calls, and other stakeholder engagements.
- Manage administrative aspects including vendor relationships, contract administration, purchase requests, invoice processing, and payment follow‑up.
- Ensure accurate documentation of Investor Relations activities and regulatory filings.
- Perform ad‑hoc research and analysis as requested by management.
