About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organized bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our Human Capital department. The role involves handling daily HR and office administration tasks while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and update employee records and HR databases.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR‑related reports and documentation as needed.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding administrative activities.
- Manage office administrative duties, including housekeeping coordination and inventory control.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners when required.
- Uphold confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
