Business Development & App Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our upcoming lifestyle mobile app while driving business growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily app operations to ensure smooth user experience.
• Onboard, negotiate, and maintain relationships with service‑provider partners.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire customers.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize user engagement and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, app management, or digital marketplace operations.
• Strong marketing and partnership development abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, transportation, or on‑demand services is a plus.
