About the role
We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce & Data Entry Officer to drive online revenue for our food‑and‑beverage business in Kuwait. The role combines digital marketing execution with meticulous product data management to enhance the customer journey across our e‑commerce platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online sales.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, optimise product listings for SEO and oversee email marketing.
- Analyse user data and platform analytics to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Plan and execute PPC, social media, display and affiliate campaigns.
- Maintain and update digital catalogues, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Design lifecycle and email marketing programmes such as cart‑abandonment and newsletters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business technology, marketing, computer science or communications (master’s degree a plus).
- 5‑7 years of proven experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing, preferably in the F&B sector.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with copy‑writing ability considered an advantage.
- Strong project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
