About the role
Baptist Health is seeking a flexible Registered Nurse to join its Resource Team on the night shift (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care while adhering to the nursing process and Baptist Health training.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night hours, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Utilize clinical competence and critical‑thinking skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across campuses within a 50‑mile radius.
- Float between specialty units as needed while maintaining high standards of care.
Required profile
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in Arkansas.
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience and at least 1 year in the specialty applied for.
- BSN preferred.
- Healthcare CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS may be required for specific areas (training provided).

- Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) – where applicable
