Full-Time Logistics Coordinator – Freight Forwarding

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support our freight forwarding operations in Hawally, Kuwait. The role involves managing import, export, and customs clearance activities while ensuring smooth shipment flow.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and freight forwarding operations across import, export, and customs clearance.
• Liaise with customs agencies, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage shipping and clearance documentation.
• Track shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Execution‑focused and results‑driven.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customs clearance.

Required skills

• Practical understanding of freight forwarding operations.
• Working knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulations.
• Familiarity with import and export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
