Presales Consultant

About the role

e-Portal is looking for a Presales Consultant to lead complex product demonstrations and solution workshops. You will help customers understand how our solutions meet their business needs and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements, identify design gaps, and recommend technical solutions and architecture enhancements.
• Design, propose, and validate scalable infrastructure and security solutions that align with business objectives.
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution capabilities and aid decision‑making.
• Prepare technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of Architects, providing guidance to ensure successful pre‑sales engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in IT, business development, or a related discipline.
