Registration & Ticketing Manager

About the role

The Registration & Ticketing Manager leads the end‑to‑end registration and ticketing experience for all events, ensuring a smooth journey from sign‑up to event‑day access while driving conversion and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute registration strategies for online and offline events, setting up platforms, forms, pricing tiers and deadlines.
• Manage ticketing structures, pricing, discounts and promotional codes, and report on sales performance.
• Own registration systems, guarantee scalability and uptime, and work with tech teams to resolve bugs and add features.
• Maintain accurate participant and ticketing databases, generate reports on revenue, attendance and demographics, and use insights for future improvements.
• Ensure clear communication with participants through confirmation emails, reminders and updates, and handle inquiries, refunds, transfers and cancellations.
• Oversee on‑ground registration desks, bib collection and ticket validation on event day, including staffing and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, payment gateways and data protection, reconcile revenue with finance and monitor fraud.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in registration, ticketing or event operations.
• Proven ability to manage registration platforms or custom ticketing/CRM tools.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience optimizing customer experience and managing cross‑functional projects.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple events simultaneously and lead a team.
