About the role

Deliveroo is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive performance of its sales force in Kuwait. You will lead a group of sales representatives, develop market‑specific strategies and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds its targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance coaching and monthly call shadowing to improve pitch, engagement and communication.
  • Oversee onboarding of new hires, track onboarding metrics and deliver ongoing training refreshers.
  • Collaborate with line manager and Sales Ops Manager to design and execute sales strategies for assigned cities.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitor pipeline health and support deal closing and partner contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and CRM data, and provide data‑driven insights to refine sales approaches.

Required profile

  • BSc/BA in Business or related field (preferred).
  • 3‑5 years of sales and negotiation experience, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within food delivery, hospitality or a similar sector.
