About the role

As a Spa Attendant at Hilton, you will create a clean, welcoming environment for guests and help deliver memorable hospitality experiences. Your upbeat attitude and attention to detail will ensure every visitor enjoys a relaxing stay.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
Clean and sanitize spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment spaces, and equipment, following health and safety standards.
Monitor and restock towels, refreshments, and other amenities as needed.
Observe spa usage, report concerns, and help maintain a safe, relaxing atmosphere.
Accurately process guest payments using the point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, cards, and gift certificates.
Support the spa team with general duties to enhance the overall guest experience.
