About the role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Steward to support our kitchen and food & beverage operations. You will ensure a clean, safe and well‑organized back‑of‑house environment, helping deliver true hospitality for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, dishwashing areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Operate dishwashing machines and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Support kitchen and F&B teams during service by providing clean equipment on time.
- Assist with garbage disposal, waste segregation and compliance with HACCP standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Steward or Kitchen Helper is an advantage.
- Physically fit, able to stand for long hours and handle cleaning tasks.
- Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Honest, reliable, good team player with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
