Associate, Investor Relations

About the role

The Associate, Investor Relations supports the IR function by conducting benchmarking, monitoring industry developments, preparing market intelligence, maintaining databases, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular peer bank benchmarking and comparative analysis of financial performance.
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic events affecting the banking sector.
• Prepare market intelligence summaries and support the development of investor and management briefing materials.
• Maintain Investor Relations databases, contact lists, investor records, and engagement logs.
• Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, earnings calls, and other stakeholder engagements.
• Manage administrative aspects including vendor relationships, contract administration, purchase requests, invoice processing, and payment follow‑up.
• Ensure accurate documentation of Investor Relations activities and regulatory filings.
• Perform ad‑hoc research and analysis as requested by management.
