About the role
The Beauty Consultant will deliver outstanding customer service in an L'Occitane store, using product knowledge and sales techniques to meet targets while maintaining high grooming standards.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty.
- Address customer queries on products, prices, availability and usage.
- Advise customers on suitable product ranges and demonstrate usage.
- Achieve sales and line targets using makeup knowledge.
- Track daily sales, sell‑out targets and post‑launch performance.
- Maintain store merchandising according to brand guidelines.
- Replenish stock, report shortages and handle stock receipt procedures.
