Membership Sales Consultant

About the role

Anytime Fitness Kuwait is looking for motivated Membership Sales Consultants to help prospective members understand how the club can support their health and fitness goals, guide them to the right membership, and turn interest into a confident decision to join.

Key responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by managing enquiries from first contact through activation and achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, corporate connections and community activities.
• Conduct engaging club tours, recommend suitable membership options and follow up consistently via calls, messages and face‑to‑face conversations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations, appointments and next steps.
• Support new members with follow‑ups at 7 and 30 days to encourage engagement and address concerns.
• Represent Anytime Fitness at local events, promotional campaigns and club content activities.
• Assist with front‑desk duties and help maintain a welcoming, professional club environment.

Required profile

• At least one year of direct sales experience.
• Strong communication, listening and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with discipline to manage daily activities and follow‑ups.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and professional customer service approach.
• Resilience, self‑motivation and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in English and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Confidence using CRM systems.
• Digital communication tools (calls, WhatsApp, email).
