About the role
The Sales Consultant will develop new prospects and nurture existing customer relationships to drive sales of automotive accessories. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints sensitively.
- Calculate pricing, financing, and down payments for vehicle transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prospect new customers, capture prospect data, and follow up to build a robust sales pipeline.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of sales or hospitality experience.
- Bilingual with good command of English and Arabic.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑oriented, team player with high selling and convincing skills.
