Brand Expert

About the role

The Brand Expert will act as the face of Dyson, showcasing our innovative vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair‑care devices and other premium products. You will deliver an exceptional in‑store and event experience, helping customers understand the unique benefits of Dyson technology while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a Dyson brand ambassador during store visits and events, delivering engaging product demonstrations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by matching customer needs with appropriate Dyson solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Provide after‑sales support, ensuring a seamless post‑purchase experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all Dyson products, new technologies and upcoming launches.
• Collaborate with store staff or retail partners to optimise product placement, stock levels and visibility.
• Report daily or weekly sales performance and customer feedback to the line manager.
• Explain Dyson’s diversity & inclusion, return and exchange policies to customers.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in premium consumer electronics or home‑appliance retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to understand and respond to needs.
• Highly motivated, goal‑driven and enthusiastic about technology.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience with the Dyson brand or similar luxury/tech brands is a plus.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
