About the role
We are looking for an on‑site Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Kuwait City on a contract basis. You will be the first point of contact for our marketplace users, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Diagnose problems, provide solutions and follow up to guarantee issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the support system.
- Apply professional etiquette and clear communication in all customer contacts.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support processes.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer‑service certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
