Dermatologist / Medical Director – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dermatologist to join a healthcare clinic in Kuwait. The role involves assessing patients' skin health, diagnosing conditions, and providing professional guidance on skin care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' skin conditions and overall dermatological health.
• Analyze and interpret results from diagnostic skin tests and examinations.
• Develop and provide appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Explain treatment options, procedures, and solutions clearly to patients.
• Recommend suitable skincare and treatment‑related products where clinically appropriate.
• Evaluate patients before major surgical or medical procedures when required.
• Refer patients to specialists for further evaluation when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient medical records using an EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, professional standards, and licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Valid medical degree in Medicine and Dermatology from a recognized institution.
• MD/DNB/Board/Fellowship/PhD or equivalent qualification in Dermatology.
• Several years of post‑qualification experience in Dermatology.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient‑care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Experience performing diagnostic skin testing.
