Director of Talent Acquisition - Hospitality & Tourism

About the role

The client is a leading hospitality employer in the MENA region seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to shape and execute talent strategies across hotels, leisure and guest‑service operations. This senior role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the executive leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement talent acquisition strategy for hotel, leisure and guest‑service operations.
• Lead hiring for management, specialist and high‑volume service roles, including pre‑opening recruitment.
• Manage recruitment partners to improve speed and quality of hires.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Required profile

• Proven TA leadership experience in hospitality, tourism or service‑led multi‑site businesses.
• Strong pre‑opening or rapid‑growth hiring exposure preferred.
• Track record of influencing C‑suite and board stakeholders.
• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is a plus.
• GCC/MENA experience strongly preferred.
