Experienced A320 Captains – London Base (UK CAA ATPL)

About the role

Wizz Air UK is seeking experienced Direct Entry Captains to join its growing UK operation, based at London Gatwick or London Luton. The role involves operating Airbus A320 family aircraft on scheduled low‑cost routes across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft safely and efficiently on scheduled flights.
• Lead the flight crew and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company procedures.
• Maintain flight documentation and communicate with air traffic control.

Required profile

• UK CAA ATPL with unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Minimum 3,500 factorised flight hours.
• Valid Instrument Rating (IR) on Airbus A320 (or any type for non‑type‑rated candidates).
• At least 1,000 hours as Commander on A320 and 500 PIC hours on the A320 family.
• Preferably 300 hours on A320 in the last 12 months (or recent experience on a CS25 turbojet >50,000 kg for non‑type‑rated pilots).
