Facilities & Warehouse Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities & Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee the day‑to‑day management of our facilities and warehouse in Ardiya, Kuwait. The role combines facilities management, warehouse supervision and health, safety & environment leadership to ensure smooth, compliant and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all facility operations, including cleanliness, functionality, vendor contracts and infrastructure upgrades.
• Supervise warehouse staff, control inventory, coordinate receiving, storage and dispatch, and maintain accurate stock reporting.
• Develop and enforce HSE policies, conduct safety audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Lead space planning, office moves and continuous improvement initiatives for logistics layout and workflow.
• Oversee billing and invoicing for warehouse customers, ensuring alignment with service agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and global best practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software.
• Lean Six Sigma or other process‑improvement methodologies.
• HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA.
• Facilities Management certifications such as IFMA or BIFM.
