About the role
Front Office Supervisors ensure guests enjoy a memorable stay from arrival to departure by delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational excellence at the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑ins, respond to requests and settle accounts with a friendly approach.
- Supervise day‑to‑day front office operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
- Address guest concerns promptly, track issues and coordinate with relevant departments for swift resolution.
- Assist the Front Office Manager with staffing records, scheduling and staff training initiatives.
Required profile
- Service‑focused personality with a genuine commitment to hospitality and proven customer‑service experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages a plus).
- Demonstrated supervisory or team‑leadership experience in a hospitality or customer‑facing environment.
- Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, guest service protocols and front office best practices.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Opera property management system or a comparable hotel‑management software.
