Influencer Manager - Retail

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Manager to lead influencer marketing for our fashion and lifestyle retail portfolio in Kuwait and the GCC. The role will shape strategy, build relationships and drive measurable results across campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
• Identify, outreach, negotiate and contract with Kuwait/GCC influencers, creators and celebrities.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, including gifting, brand launches, events and activations.
• Track reach, engagement, conversions and ROI, maintaining an influencer database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer content with commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR or digital marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, luxury or retail.
• Strong network of influencers and creators in Kuwait and the GCC.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent English communication skills.
• Commercial confidence in negotiating rates, contracts and brand ambassador agreements.
• Jordanian candidates are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat platforms.
• Understanding of regional content and influencer trends.
