Influencer Manager – Retail

About the role

A leading fashion group in Kuwait, known for its growing international portfolio of women's apparel, is looking for an Influencer Manager. The role develops and executes influencer marketing strategies across the fashion and lifestyle brand portfolio and manages relationships with influencers, creators and celebrities in Kuwait and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Kuwait/GCC influencers, creators and celebrities, including outreach, negotiation, contracting and campaign coordination.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, gifting, brand launches, events and activations.
• Track reach, engagement, conversions and campaign ROI, maintain an influencer database and identify the creators that deliver the strongest brand and commercial results.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, digital marketing or brand partnerships, preferably in fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle or retail.
• Strong existing network of influencers and content creators in Kuwait and/or the GCC, with proven experience managing campaigns from identification and negotiation through execution and reporting.
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory, with strong English communication skills.
• Commercially confident in negotiating influencer rates, contracts, deliverables, exclusivity and brand ambassador agreements.
• Jordanian candidates are preferred, with a strong understanding of Kuwait/GCC influencer culture and Arabic-speaking audiences.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and emerging social media platforms, especially regional content and influencer trends.
