Brand Marketing Manager - FMCG

About the role

Mohamed N. Al Hajery and Sons Co. LTD is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager in Kuwait to oversee its FMCG brand management. The role develops strategies and executes plans that position the brands as trusted, leading brands, while managing budgets, merchandising, promotions and product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the FMCG brand management, conduct brand assessments and implement changes to optimise product mix and performance
• Collaborate with brand partners to create annual brand plans with strategies, goals and financial targets
• Keep the approved budget and margin targets, and monitor advertising and promotion spend
• Manage brand identity consistency, develop weekly or bi-weekly merchandising plans and work with Hypermarkets, COOPs and other channels on planograms
• Run promotional strategies, negotiate promotional allowances, schedule events and handle overstocked or near-expiry items
• Select SKUs, forecast inventory, manage pricing in shared markets and align with supply chain and sales partners
• Analyse campaign effectiveness with KPIs, visit stores regularly and monitor competitors
• Work with internal departments and suppliers, report sales and marketing activity to suppliers and follow up on claims
