IT Manager – Hospitality (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead our hospitality technology initiatives in Kuwait. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing end‑to‑end IT solutions and overseeing the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Develop and enforce IT strategies, policies, and procedures that support business growth.
• Lead the IT team, control the budget, and oversee system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to translate business needs into Dynamics 365 functional requirements.
• Conduct fit‑to‑standard and fit‑gap analyses, configure Dynamics 365 modules, and customize workflows.
• Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix and coordinate with developers, testers, and consultants.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, create training materials, and provide ongoing support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field with 5–7 years of IT management experience.
• Proven track record delivering software solutions and IT projects from scratch.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
