About the role
American IT Systems is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to provide on‑site technical support for a client in Kuwait. The role covers troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, applications, and various enterprise technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot PC hardware, peripherals, printers, and conference room technology.
- Manage operating system patching, application updates, and Windows 11 roll‑out.
- Support Citrix VDI environments and VPN connectivity.
- Handle VIP user support, device rollouts, and IT asset management.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of desktop support experience.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Citrix VDI and Windows 11 domain migration.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
