Information Systems Coordinator

About the role

The Information Systems Coordinator will support the Information Systems Manager in delivering efficient IT services that align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures smooth operation of hotel technology to meet guest, employee, and owner expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Information Systems Manager in planning, organizing, directing and controlling IT operations and administration.
• Maintain and support hotel guest systems, IPTV, DGS, PA, and telephone/PBX infrastructure.
• Handle computer and networking hardware, VMware virtual machines, and Cisco networking equipment.
• Develop, update and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Provide user support for Hyatt Networks, Opera, Micros, and other Hyatt systems.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Programming or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in an IT management role, preferably in a hotel or large‑scale operation.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Experience with Hyatt Networks and Hyatt Systems (Opera, Micros).

• Cisco networking (SW, routers, CCNA).
• Telephone systems, PBX, call accounting.

• IPTV, DGS, public address (PA) systems.
• Hyatt Opera and Micros platforms.
