IT Supervisor

About the role

The IT Supervisor will ensure day‑to‑day support of all hotel IT systems, including business applications, office tools, computer networks and telephony. Working within the Hilton Kuwait Resort, you will help maintain system availability for both staff and guests while adhering to budget and IT operating standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support for internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing outages.
• Record incidents, escalating to the IT Manager when further attention is required.
• Recommend and assist with system improvements.
• Collaborate with the Business Center Team to address guest‑related IT requests.
• Support the IT Department in delivering reliable technology solutions on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure or service sector.
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems.
• Experience with hotel applications such as Fidelio and Micros (preferred).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Current technical knowledge of relevant technologies.
