Junior Motion Graphics Designer (Kuwaiti Nationals Only)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Designer with a strong focus on motion graphics to support the Kuwait marketing team across all campaigns. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and highly collaborative, working closely with local marketing, brand and creative stakeholders to deliver engaging visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Kuwait marketing team across all campaigns with design and motion graphics requirements.
• Create motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, CRM, owned channels, digital placements and other touchpoints.
• Interpret creative briefs and develop visual concepts that align with campaign objectives.
• Adapt campaign assets across different formats, channels and audience needs.
• Work closely with marketing and brand teams to ensure visual assets are consistent with Deliveroo’s brand identity.
• Create static and animated assets using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.
• Support localisation of campaign visuals for the Kuwait market.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly and accurately.
• Organise and manage design files, templates and campaign assets efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging design tools, AI‑enabled workflows and motion graphics best practices.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a corporate, agency or in‑house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both motion and static graphics work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work within tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, experiment and improve.
