Lodging Manager

About the role

The Lodging Manager is responsible for overseeing all lodging and linen exchange operations for government personnel, ensuring smooth check‑in/check‑out, room maintenance, and 24/7 customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage linen exchange services and process an average of 285 linen sets per day.
• Check personnel in and out using Government Lodging Software and provide training on the system.
• Maintain bed space assignments, occupancy databases, and perform daily vacancy checks.
• Ensure accurate key and door‑code control with minimal discrepancies.
• Provide 100 % room and customer accountability and a 24/7 locator service.
• Coordinate DVQ services, including bed making, room cleaning, and refrigerator restocking.
• Collect and deliver linen from transient tents, rooms, and DVQ areas.
• Supply accurate rosters and data to government agencies upon request.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Site Manager to support the mission.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in DoD or comparable lodging environments.
• Experience in hospitality management and aseptic cleaning procedures.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints professionally and manage data securely.
• Access to workload data and sensitive information from 386 LAN.

Required skills

• CQMAPs software proficiency.
• Government Lodging Software operation and training.
