About the role
This is a structured training program for fresh graduates, rotating through various IT units at the bank. You will gain hands‑on experience, develop a broad understanding of IT functions, and contribute to departmental projects.
Key responsibilities
- Department Rotation: Rotate through assigned IT units to gain practical experience and insights into core functions.
- Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on‑the‑job learning to develop technical skills.
- Project Participation: Assist in divisional projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and support.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and mentors to understand best practices.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, progress, and feedback.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
