Product Specialist Immunology - Dermatology

About the role

AbbVie is seeking a Product Specialist focused on Immunology and Dermatology to drive brand strategy and sales performance within an assigned territory. You will act as the primary link between the company and healthcare professionals, ensuring patient‑centered solutions while adhering to AbbVie’s code of conduct and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, brand KPIs, and financial objectives.
• Develop and execute pre‑call plans using SMART goals and conduct post‑call evaluations.
• Handle objections, provide logical solutions, and close sales calls effectively.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, delivering win‑win agreements.
• Maintain a call plan that meets metrics, optimizes coverage, and maximizes access.
• Gather and share market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and disease trends.
• Communicate AbbVie’s value proposition and cultivate disease‑state experts and advocates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Specialist in biotech or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Practical knowledge of healthcare professionals and disease‑area requirements.
• Understanding of market challenges and opportunities.
• High ethical standards, teamwork, curiosity, and a drive to improve.
