About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Flex Team position at Baptist Health provides safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care on a day shift schedule (6:30 am to 7:00 pm) across multiple specialty units.

Required profile

Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Arkansas
Minimum 18 months of RN experience, including at least 12 months in the specialty applied for
BSN preferred
Willingness to float within specialty or across campuses within 50 miles of home campus

Required skills

Healthcare CPR (required)
ACLS (training provided as needed)
PALS (training provided as needed)
NALS (training provided as needed)
