About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Staff to join the Below 2 team at Reem Mall in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The role is full‑time and involves direct interaction with customers, promoting products and delivering a high‑quality shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy and inviting.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by the store manager.
- Provide after‑sales support and address customer inquiries promptly.
Required profile
- Any nationality with a transferable visa for Kuwait.
- Strong communication abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Effective verbal communication.
- Basic numeracy for handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
