Senior Accountant – Kuwait City

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our office in Kuwait City. The role involves managing the full spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the general ledger using SAP.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting practices and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be locally available in Kuwait.
