Senior Accountant – Kuwait City

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our office in Kuwait City. The role involves managing the full spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee the general ledger using SAP.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting practices and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and general ledger management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be locally available in Kuwait.
Required skills
- SAP accounting module.
