Social Media Manager (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence in Kuwait. The role involves developing audience‑growth strategies, managing content calendars, and fostering vibrant online communities across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other relevant channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day account activity, schedule posts, and maintain content calendars.
• Plan and launch campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead.
• Track performance metrics, generate analytics reports, and provide insights for optimisation.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and nurture community interactions.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and internal teams to produce compelling visual and written content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong communication and copywriting abilities in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field is preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating past social media work is mandatory.
