About the role

We are looking for a passionate, hands‑on culinary leader to help build our kitchen from day one. As Sous Chef you will shape our culinary standards, develop menus and lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving startup catering environment.

Key responsibilities

Play a key role in building kitchen standards, operations, and culinary direction.
Drive menu development and create standardized recipes focusing on high‑quality international cuisine.
Lead, train, and mentor a high‑performing kitchen team.
Maintain strict oversight of food quality, hygiene standards, portion control, and food cost management.
Adapt to the fast‑paced and evolving needs of a startup catering environment.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience with a strong foundation in international cuisine.
Previous experience in catering, hotels, banquets, or high‑volume kitchens is highly preferred.
Fluent English required; bilingual Arabic & English is a strong advantage.
Open to all nationalities.
