Stock Associate – Retail Operations

About the role

The Stock Associate will support the smooth operation of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle stores by maintaining optimal stock levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring the stockroom remains organized and compliant with internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain shop floor, offices, stock rooms and other store areas.
• Assemble products according to brand manuals and attach barcodes following company guidelines.
• Inspect incoming stock, report discrepancies or defects, and label damaged items.
• Monitor stockroom inventory, identify items not displayed on the shop floor and coordinate with visual merchandising and management.
• Conduct daily floor walks, replenish shelves as directed, and support promotional or seasonal sales activities.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a retail or logistics environment.
• Excellent to fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RFID systems.
