Technical Program Manager - Cards & Payments

About the role

Neostats Analytics, a data and analytics firm founded in 2022 with headquarters in the UAE and bases in India and the UK, is looking for a Technical Program Manager for its Cards & Payments practice. The role leads end-to-end delivery of payment technology and product initiatives, working onsite in Kuwait with customer teams in the financial services and payments domain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized payment technology and product initiatives.
• Work with customer technology, operations, product and business teams to gather requirements and give delivery guidance.
• Turn business and technical requirements into delivery plans, process maps, implementation activities and acceptance criteria.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and action items.
• Investigate and resolve complex product, implementation and operational issues with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and adherence to milestones and objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in financial services, banking, cards, payments, fintech or technology delivery.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing technology or payment products.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business, finance or a related field.
• Currently residing in Kuwait, eligible to work there and able to work onsite, including travel to customer sites.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or ITIL certification preferred but not mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the payments lifecycle (card issuing, acquiring, transaction processing, digital payments).
• Requirements gathering, process mapping and implementation planning.
• Risk, issue, dependency and action management.
• Project management and delivery tools familiarity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting and English communication skills.
