Solution Architect - DXP Solutions

About the role

RiDiK, a global technology solutions provider and subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation, is seeking a Solution Architect for its DXP solutions team in Kuwait. The role supports the team in designing and delivering enterprise solutions for Iron Mountain's InSight DXP platform, working on meaningful projects within a growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions and scalable architectures for the InSight DXP platform.
• Lead high-level solution design, technical discussions and architecture planning.
• Develop and implement full-stack applications, microservices and REST API integrations.
• Build backend services with Python, FastAPI, Java and Spring Boot, and frontend apps with React.js, Redux, Material UI and JavaScript.
• Design and manage cloud-native microservices architectures and integrate AI/ML services and enterprise content management platforms.
• Manage databases (SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and use Apache Kafka for messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Work with AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end SDLC delivery in Agile environments, drive code quality, TDD, debugging, performance optimization and deployment.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish technical best practices.

Required profile

• 10 years of experience.
