Therapeutic Area Representative (Field Engagement)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Therapeutic Area Representative to drive data‑driven field engagement across Kuwait. In this role you will combine digital tools with personalized omnichannel interactions to promote our products in line with brand strategy and therapeutic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑driven field engagement and deliver tailored omnichannel interactions using digital tools.
• Promote products with high quality and compliance, aligned with brand strategy and therapeutic area priorities.
• Act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals by communicating clinical evidence, product value and appropriate use.
• Leverage “next best action” insights and digital platforms to maximise engagement impact and execution excellence.
• Capture and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategy and territory planning.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally while operating in full compliance with company policies, ethical standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent education in a relevant discipline.
• Solid understanding of the Kuwait market (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful performance in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation abilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate digital/AI tools into daily work.
