About the role
The travel agency is seeking experienced ticketing staff to join its branches in Abbasiya, Mangaf and Mirqab. The role involves handling airline reservations, issuing tickets, and providing excellent customer service to travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Process airline bookings and issue tickets using the agency’s reservation system.
- Verify passenger information and ensure compliance with airline regulations.
- Assist customers with itinerary changes, refunds, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily reports.
- Collaborate with other branch staff to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a travel agency ticketing department.
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and fare rules.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
