Transient Aircraft Services Technician (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) Technician supports 24/7/365 flight line operations for U.S. Air Force and coalition aircraft in the UAE. Reporting to the Supervisor, the technician performs aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn‑around, and departure tasks while maintaining strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO‑Harm workplace by following flight line safety requirements, FOD prevention, tool control, and PPE usage.
• Perform aircraft marshaling, parking, chocking, grounding, and positioning in accordance with Technical Orders and airfield procedures.
• Execute ground handling and servicing operations to support aircraft turn‑around and mission readiness.
• Assist with aircraft launch and recovery operations in coordination with supervisors and airfield management.
• Inspect and service vehicles and support equipment used in TAS operations.
• Document aircraft servicing records, shift logs, and inspection checklists.

Required profile

• Possession of a U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Ability to work in a high‑tempo, austere environment with continuous flight line activity.
• Commitment to strict safety protocols and immediate reporting of hazards or equipment issues.
