Transient Aircraft Services Technician (Secret Clearance) – Kuwait

About the role

The Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) Technician supports KBR’s AFCAP V program in Kuwait, providing essential ground handling and servicing for United States and coalition aircraft. Working 24/7 in a high‑tempo, austere environment, the technician ensures safe, efficient aircraft arrivals, turn‑arounds, and departures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aircraft marshaling, parking, chocking, grounding, and positioning in accordance with Technical Orders and airfield procedures.
• Execute arrival and departure services, including general ground handling tasks required for mission readiness.
• Conduct operator‑level inspections and servicing of vehicles and support equipment used in TAS operations.
• Maintain strict tool control, participate in FOD prevention activities, and ensure compliance with safety directives.
• Document aircraft servicing records, shift logs, and inspection checklists accurately.
• Communicate hazards, equipment issues, and operational concerns to supervisors promptly.

• Ability to work in a demanding, 24/7/365 flight line environment.
• Commitment to a ZERO‑harm workplace and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Clearance to hold a Secret security clearance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical orders precisely.
