Welding Engineer – Boiler Projects (Kuwait)

About the role

The company is seeking a Welding Engineer to lead boiler and piping welding activities for power‑station and water‑distillation projects in Kuwait. The role involves managing the welding of ten boiler units, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise welding operations for boiler and piping systems.
• Perform inspection, quality control and testing of welds.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement and site teams.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure adherence to safety procedures.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in welding for power‑station or water‑distillation projects.
• Proven experience in shipyard or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of welding codes, heat treatment and material science.
