Account Manager – Customer-Focused Role in Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Account Manager to join our team in Kuwait City. The role involves managing existing client accounts, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor account performance and produce regular reports.
• Achieve sales and account‑management targets.
• Conduct client meetings and follow up on customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in logistics, delivery, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence is preferred.
